Our newest SHOP will be opening in Charlotte NC in August 2013! We are going have full rim restoration SHOP opening that will specialize in Tire Mount / Dismount, Welding Crack Repair, Bent Wheel Straightening, Cosmetic Curb Damage Restoration, Alloy Aluminum Rim Polishing, Custom Color Matching or Color Changing.
If you do not live or work near our new shop - we also have mobile units that cover the entire CAROLINA'S!
Our attention to detail and unique techniques separates RimGuard Xtreme from other companies. All technicians are required to go through extensive and on-going training to maintain the highest skill level.

I scrapped my wheel up against a curb & instantly (after a few choice words) went that'll cost me $500+ to replace. After talking with my dealership, one of the salesmen recommended I call Rimgaurd Xtreme. After some briefing internet hunting to see where I could find a new rim, I called. Immediately I got someone on the phone who set up an appt for me. Not even 5 min later Adam, Rimguard Service Tech, had called to see what my schedule looked & what area of Charlotte was most convenient for us to meet.
Adam, who should be referred to as "The Rim Doctor" went above & beyond what I thought was good service. Comment: I had incurred curb damage to the right side wheels of my Camaro ZL-1 convertible. I was almost certain two NEW wheels would be needed which would be quite costly. My service rep at Ben Mynatt in Salisbury, Adam Soper, gave be the business card of RimGuard. I contacted R/G on a Wednesday. Service tech Jeff Barrows came to my home 2 days later and repaired the wheels like magic. I told him that I could not even see where the concrete scratches had been. Jeff said, "that is what he usually hears from his customers". The price I paid for the repair was not half the price one new wheel would have been. I feel so fortunate to have found these people whom I did not know existed. I certainly plan to confirm their existence to my fellow car enthusiasts. A cold bottle of Cheerwine (a Salisbury soft drink extraordinaire) for my new friend Jeff Barrows and his "magic"!

Comment: Having had my 26" custom rims curbed by a lady friend I was devastated! She didn't just curb the rims she in fact, engraved one rim in particular. I thought the only way to get my truck looking the same was to order another set. Keep in mind that custom, black powder coated, 26" rims are not the cheapest. A friend told me about RimGuard Xtreme and I figured what could it hurt. Met Emily in the office (she was awesome) & shortly after met with Ross. Dropped the truck off and was returned a couple hours later. What can I say other than wow! Holy $#!^ looks like a brand new rim! I was beyond happy with the outcome and service! Even the engraved rim i thought was hopeless has been reborn to look brand new! If you are in the Wilmington area and need rim or wheel work this is DEFINITELY your place! Comment: I bought my pride and joy with some cosmetic details that needed sorting out. One was the original Lotus wheels, with a fair amount of curb rash. I was going to tackle it myself, until I saw a mobile rim repair service. When I searched the web for options, I came across Rimguard Xtreme. Long story short... my wheels look amazing! They're like new. The kicker is, it would have cost nearly as much, plus some learning mistakes, to do them myself. Compound the outstanding work by Josh, with the extremely reasonable cost, and this was an A1 great decision. I recommend these folks to anyone, including picky high-end car owners. You won't be disappointed.
